Can I Get Off the Train?

Thank you to everyone who responded to my last post about search for a viable education/career option. The variety of opinions exactly mirrored how I was feeling and it’s always nice to know you’re not alone.

I had excellent intentions of getting right back on blogging and even had several well thought out posts started. But Life if Life. Between running around with random needed-to-get-done errands, sick baby, taking my horse to a horse show, my Soldier’s Org Day- there just was not enough of me to go around.

Sick baby has finally consented to sleep in his own crib instead of in my arms so I’ve gotten a good bit of cleaning done and dinner started. I’m rewarding myself by taking a few minutes to run through my blog roll and type this up.

I believe I’ve settled on an education/career path. The timing isn’t the best. It might end up taking me three years to complete and it will be hard work, but I am confident that it is doable within the limitations of our lifestyle and will give me the results I want and need. More on that to come.

Now, I’m off to browse through some more blog reading while I half heartedly fold laundry. 🙂 Just trying to get enough done that I feel like I accomplished SOMETHING today. Some days, that’s the most I can get.
